My first game of the day, playing as Wraith mind you, and someone messages me via friend request. Their retort after being sacrificed was "Trash lmao, need an invisible killer just to get close to me."
It's not that I feel insulted, rather, it was so unnecessary for this person to go out of their way to try and be insulting through a friend request.
This is why I have messages turned off on PS4. Maybe, I need to turn off friend requests too.

"i am very sorry for that. the thing is, when you play so bad that you get cought out by a wraith all the time, there is not much i can do."
"if you want a tipp on how to beat wraiths in the future: git gud at the game ^^"

Yep, had a few do this to my spirit because i caught and downed them two minutes into the game. They DC'd, realised i had my messages turned off and friend requested me to tell me to "Learn to play"

Yikes. I remember this happening to my sister on a different game (Vainglory) where she destroyed the other team, and someone friended her and told her "You suck" and other bad stuff and left. Bad people that makes bad decisions.

This is super common on ps4 since friend requests have a send message option that bypasses the recipients message settings because its counted as a friend request not a message.

I caught all three of them around a gen, downed one. Then the other two tried to tag team me. One trying to 360 distract, the other trying to get the friend up.
Needless to say it ended in 3 downs and subsequently, 3 DC's.
Guess i have a LOT to learn.

But it is ridiculous how many people are entitled. Hintress game where she was rank 18, I was on a swf (all of us green ranks) and 1 rank 20 solo, this Huntress camped and missed a lot of hatchets, but we lost because her game suddenly became laggier and laggier. I was the last survivor, which I was at a pallet being found, and at this point, it was so laggy, when I threw down the pallet, I paused in lag and the Huntress got a free kill on me. Post-game chat, I was trying to tell the killer that it wasn't cool to camp and to fix his internet, but he kept on dodging that and said ye had the right to camo because of our cosmetics, names, and perks. But thing is, 2 of us had common cosmetics, and the Jeff had the scary person cosmetic, and our names were literally a real name, a fruit, and me, "Not a P3 Claudette." And our perks were not OP, I had only healing perks, Jeff had DS, borrowed time, Dead hard, and Nea had adrenaline, Balanced Landing, Urban evasion and spine chill. This Huntress also bragged about sniping us despite missing a lot, but it was unfair with how laggy it was. And he called us "cocky survivors" when we literally just did our best to save each other from a camper and tried to gen rush. And I was hit on hook like a toxic survivor. Again. Wish people knew the difference between real toxic survivors and ones just playing to survive. And that everyone has good internet.

I’m a Wraith main and never get this! The only complaints I get are for tunneling (I don’t tunnel unless you go into a locker to DS me, I’ll tunnel you instead of slugging you.) and slugging (Key to victory for me.)

I’ve had a fair few messages playing as Pig from survivors who have SOMEHOW died to a RBT (yknow since most people get it off first try....) saying “relying on traps to get kills makes me a [bad word] killer” and I’m “using traps because it’s the only way I can get a kill” and things of the sorts. I’m sorry but, it is LITERALLY her ability? Just like cloaking is Wraith’s?
I suppose we have to forfeit our abilities and run around like M1 killers to make the crybaby survivors happy. :) That should work.

I don't accept the friend request till at least a week later, maybe more if I forget about them. I add them after and they don't even remember me. Some turn out to be cool after some DBD matches.

It is just salt and ego don't worry about it and yeah I would disable everything when I play killer. You can turn the messages and fr back on when you are playing other games.

It's funny how people lose and call the winner trash. I had a match on memorial hospital where I got a 4 k with the hag, and only 3 gens where done . I for a message after calling me trash and how I got ran around by him and his buddy on both there streams. I went to the streams they each had inly one viewer besides me the other streaner

Nah, I main Wraith and run spine chill so he can’t sneak up on me, flashlights don’t screw him over too bad. Maybe instead of assuming my opinion comes from inability to counter him and accept it comes from my experience.

Wraith is good in the right hands AND with the right build. Full stealth Wraith has got me more 4K's than Trapper, Piggy and Doc combined.
I barely even chase when playing him, but I bodyblock a lot. I just smack everyone's ass out of the blue and disappear again. Run Nurse's and if they try to no-heal? One shot.
