Maps and keys
These items have been in the game forever and their rare versions are essentially useless without add ons.
The green key with an add on to see survivor or killer burns so fast that you barely get any use out of it at all. Add charges to it. Keys should also not burn charges when they are charging up, before they're even revealing any information. Give the green key the ability to show other survivor auras at base, that way when you pull it out of a chest it's not literally useless.
The green map alone tracks... generators. It's extremely easy to find generators, there's no need for a map. At least let the green map show generator progress when their auras are revealed. Tracking exit gates should be default, something so basic shouldn't take up an entire add on slot. Also allow it to track chests by default (which is strangely not even possible with add ons). A rare add on could be added to track REAL pallets, giving a counter to some of Freddy and Doctor's power. Finally, add charges to it as well!
Then buff or change most of the add ons of both items.
What will this accomplish? A few things:
1. Make the grind less rough since more of the things you can buy will be useful and you won't feel like you need to waste as much BP
2. Encourage survivors to use items other than flashlights, medkits and especially toolboxes
3. Help bridge the gap between solo survivors and SWF by giving them tools that give them more information

Small game reveals Freddy's snares and pallets. Rainbow Map reveals them as well, as they count as Killer belongings.

Small Game is not worth the perk slot most of the time. Rainbow map is an ultra rare item. I'm talking about increasing the use of the green map. Regardless, neither helps with the Doctor.

The Doctor is literally one of the worst killers, I don't think you should really be asking for an indirect nerf to him. Besides, maybe if people took Small Game, NOED would never proc.

He's actually not. Just because you can't personally master him doesn't mean he's one of the worst.

Green key should reveal something, so it won't be useless.

He actually is. P3 Doctor. He is nigh unplayable on console because he is a walking FPS dropper. The FPS is already bad for Killers and that just makes it worse. Sometimes, his shock works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it rubberbands people back from vaulting. His range is too short. I could go on and on. When he works, he works well. The problem is he doesn't work at all.
