About that time again! (next chapter speculation/guesses)

It has been 2 weeks since the mid-chapter patch and probably in another 2 weeks, a PTB or at least an announcement will be coming out about the next chapter! From what I know, there is no hints about the next chapter, so we can rather guess, say what you want for next chapter, or you can delve into very deep speculation and try to pinpoint every little detail.
So what do you think?

I hope it's another strong killer I am very happy with the Freddy rework making him viable and want to see some more variety at high ranks

Well, Behavior is well known even after DBD to make PC ports of existing games, and be the backbone of creating games. So Stranger Things COULD come to DBD, but it also could be a new game or even just porting a ST related thing.

I really wanna see a new map that isn't in the middle of a forest, but in a huge city with buildings that you can go into! :)

Does anybody know if the scrapped the idea of a killer bind to the Hallowed Blight event? I remember it should have been the one following legion (so Plague), but as we know she's not.
