About a new system implemented and Quick and Quiet buff!
I think that it would be a very nice thing to have a random system which give you a random survivor, items, add-ons, offerings, exactly the same thing with killers: random perks, add-ons, killers, offerings.
I know that there are some external random generators but it would be more fun to be actually implemented in the game.
For the perk, i think that it is not that strong (only good agains spirit and nurse) and it needs a little buff (my opinion). Even the name says that the perk is not complete, like: Quiet( no sound when fast faulting) and Quick what... i think that the vault speed and the getting into the locker speed should be increased with 3%/4% and 5%. This would be a nice little buff.

Now that I think about it it doesn’t make sense for it to be quick and quiet when it’s just quiet.

I feel like Quick and Quiet is good enough as is. It serves its purpose.

i think QQ is good, but i wont say no to any buffs
also as Milo said the name makes sense without any speed buffs

A 10% faster action speed for every fast action that quick and quiet affects sounds cool, but I wouldn't mind if they left it alone.

That would be pretty strong at loops though.. potentially too strong considering how often it procs

They could lengthen the time it takes for it to be usable as a slight Nerf to counteract the upside.

Maybe..but even so faster vaulting for survivors still seems like an area that should be avoided tbh...
