The recovery progress of dying Survivors can be determined by the intensity of their auras at a distance of up to 128 metres.
When you heal a survivor from the dying state to injured or you get healed up from the dying state to injured by another survivor,
both the healed Survivor and the healer see the Killer's Aura for a duration of 5/6/7 seconds and both gain 5% movement speed ( haste status effect) for 30 seconds

this would make Buckle Up better at its job: countering slugging.

Or gain a sprint burst effect "does not cause exhaustion" that would fit the theme very well atleast ;)

This still wouldn't push it to top tier. Slugging, while not too rare, is uncommon to go against, thus limiting the effectiveness of the perk.

it is still better to be good in the few situations you get to use it in than to be completely useless when the rare situation happens :P
