I changed his face a bit with an app to make him look a bit less.."gollum-like" and I think he looks a bit better

He's a licensed character so they are almost certainly not allowed to make changes without permission. If whoever owns the license had issues with the way he was designed then any changes would have been made before release. As that didn't happen it seems unlikely that he will ever get any visual updates

BHVR can't change licensed content without permission. The most likely reason why Quentin looks nothing like his actor in the movie is because they did not acquire the license to use his likeness in game.

It doesn't even have to look more like the actor, just more like a human. I know one of the artists said they had to change the first version because it was too similar to him.
Hopefully if they ever try to get cosmetics for the NOES characters, they'll take that opportunity to also fix him. He's ######### disgusting at the moment.

I like the fact that he looks like a meth-head, rather than a Hollywood actor. It really plays to his strung out sleep deprived character.

I can live with Laurie and Tapp's in-game's faces, but Quentin looks like the Entity gave all the Killers ugly sticks to beat him with.

They would just have legal issues with the owner afterwards.
