Can i transfer my DLCs?

I play this game a lot and have bought every DLC on the PS4. However i recently switched from console to PC. Is there any way that the DLCs I own on the PS4 could be transfered to my PC account? Just to be clear i'm not asking for my progress to be transfered (although that would be nice) because I know they BHVR don't do that.
