Can we just ban all people that abuse an exploit?
Every online game I know punish people who do this. Can this game do the same? Just ban every person who abuse an exploit, simple as that. I'm not asking for a perma ban, just a ban for a few hours to warn and scare them.

Exploit can happen by accident. Wanna ban people who used an exploit by accident? Lol, imagine. Devs job is to fix exploits, not ban people (at least in the first place).

There will be players who exploit unintentionally and if they had known it was an exploit, most likely wouldn't have done it. The devs should warn players before banning anyone.

Yeah because using infinite dead hards or sprint bursts while exhausted can be done by accident LMAO.

Just ban for the super obvious ones, then. And make sure the news page announces that people using the exploit will be banned to further safeguard.

Guess how the first guy experienced this exploit. Exactly, by accident. Same with any person after that who wasn't aware of that.

- Make an announcement for every known exploit
- Make it known that you will be banned for using said exploits
- Ban those who use them constantly

I wish it was always done like the way you purpose, but the devs seem to not care about 3-4 SWF using the wake up or sprint burst exploit, solos using infinite deadhards, or killers like legion with the infinite mending (the second time). They just fix the exploits but don't punish who used them.

A better way imo. These aren't exploits like back then on asylum when survivors where on spots you couldn't down them. These are just perks/addons who everyone can equip without having the plan to abuse an exploit

Then announce which ones are obviously bugged and warn people in-game not to use them or face the consequences. Ezpz.

This is the best idea, but apparently devs say that is currently not something they can do.

Well, they did it with moonlight bouquets and event offerings. I don't see how it would not be possible to disable perks and addons the same way

I dunno, unfortunately. It's something the devs should really look into IMO.
