They will, in fact the goal of the Archives is to expand the lore of the Dead by Daylight universe.
This means all the survivors and killers (hopefully licensed as well) will have their stories expand. As well as the world of the Entity.
The Archives won't disappoint 😁

Yeah, all of the og survivors and killers have super meh lore and in the case of the original killers sometimes even inaccurate. Boy am I excited for the archives though, can't wait to see just how much they expand upon all of the lore. I wonder though if we'll be able to finally hear the survivors talk?

As sad as it is to say, I'm pretty certain that it's only original characters.

I'd think that only a select few licensed characters wouldn't have archives, I'd say Ash, Ghostface, Pig, Tapp and Bill would have archives because they were pretty recent (well Tapp and Pig got cosmetics, I know they were released Febuary 2018, but this could also mean they obtained the right to make archives for them. And also because they obtained the right to put Bill on console, it could possibly mean archives for him).
If licensed characters didn't get archives I'd assume it would only be Laurie, Myers, Quentin, Freddy and Bubba.

While that would be super dope if they actually voice acted the characters, I’m betting on either no dialogue or subtitles only. Either way I’m just as excited for the archives and all that juicy lore.

It'll probably be a narrator talking about each survivors and killers back story while expanding upon each.

Or possibly Vigo but I'm pretty sure it'll be that secret librarian character they're creating specifically for the archives.
