Something about making perks be easier to be obtained from bloodwebs. Most likely increased amount of perks you can spawn per level.

the friends list and regrouping are with the dedicated servers, which arent quite yet.

Probably the Undetectable and Oblivious status effects and maybe the Doctor changes.
The reason I say that we might get the Doctor changes in the next update is because Oblivious would hurt him pretty badly (he is the only Killer that can work well with a huge terror radius). His static field is attached to his terror radius, so he would only be able to use his shock to increase Madness. One of the Doctor changes could separate his terror radius from the static field so Oblivious doesn’t kill him.

We dont even know that the oblivious thing is coming at all, and it very well might be only for stealth killers if it does. Theyve announced no doctor changes coming soon, we already know the next killer getting considerable changes is the nurse. Aside from that, Doctor is just one of several killers theyve mentioned that they are looking at changes at some point in the future.

And then we got a Halloween event sometime in October
it sounds like the next 2 months are going to be busy, busy, and then when all that is over. We got the Christmas events in December!

Maybe as well as a big exploit and/or bug that will persist for months during their vacations.
