like the title says, I remember seeing some posts in the news section of the forums showing off the upcoming collections of said patch (3.0.0, 3.1.0 etc...) and I'm wondering; are we also going to get one when the PTB drops/close to the release of the chapter?

I mean yeah leaks are gonna be inevitable, but what I'm also talking about is the render they put out of the skin, what the leakers leak is just the splash banner

Not true. There is a youtuber that does hi-def 360 renders of the data-mined skins.
