Will Undetectable work on killers with Tinkerer or Dark Devotion ?

Because these perks reduces your TR to 0 meters and Undetectable activates on killers without a TR.

  All perks and powers that reduce your terror radius to 0 and remove your red stain will probably all be replaced with Undetectable
