Probably not actually, they likely would have announced it by now. The 27th was the common guess, but they never said anything.

Well, I don't remember the last PTB not being in a Tuesday. Peanits said the PTB will be soon, so my guess is it will be tomorrow.

It would be either thursday, or much more likely, next tuesday. It might still be tommorow, but the fact that they still havent said anything, leads me to assume otherwise unfortunately.

It has become a meme, because "soon" is the only thing they are allowed to say, when they can't give out specific date yet for something which is coming "soon"
