So...That means at least 3 weeks til the dlc is out...

this was just fans estimating, Behaviour never gave any indication of the dates whatsoever, aside from "chapter 13 will drop in september"

As much as some of us wanted it to be tommorow, there was never any indication of that being a thing, so not sure why so disapointed.

Actually the indication was the fact that every ptb has been the week after they reveal..
A reveal then 2 weeks later a ptb is unprecedented and has never happened before.

In those cases, the PTB was always announced, it was not this time, thus, no reason to expect it.

Well there is a Blood Hunt that ends September 9th, usually the Blood Hunt ends the day before the new chapter is released. I think one time we had the PTB on Wednesday instead of the normal Tuesday, maybe it'll happen again.

Its possible, but honestly at this point I think its best to just wait for an announcement rather than constantly musing about when it'll be. We already have people getting rather upset about it not being tommorow, when no actual indication was given of that being the case. Just because the fans were estimating tommorow.

This is so logically wrong- why make a blood point event throughout the 5th to the 9th and not have it out the following day? It hasn't changed in the files, so why would it change right now. No, that makes no logical sense. It will be out this week probably, maybe not tomorrow but Thursday.
Keep an eye on the files, if something doesn't change you should be rest assured that nothing will change and we will be getting the DLC live on the 10th.

People saying they never hinted at it being this week:
Devs for online games normally only announce these kinds of things in as much detail as we've received within a few days of the release onto a PTR/PTB.
It's sad it's not going to be on the PTB yet, since that means a longer wait until it's live...I only hope this means we'll get more balance changes than we've already heard are coming this patch, and that's a factor in the timing. I feel like there's always so few changes in each major patch, both chapter and mid that it's a struggle to feel like the game is keeping fresh (especially when I have a bug that doesn't let me rank up which has been known for like...5 months making games much more frustrating and boring much of the time)

It's weird that they had the reveal so early, and the double BPs scheduled but no chapter due afterwards, and everything. Perhaps they originally intended for the PTB to be this week and the chapter the week after, but there was some delay in getting it ready for PTB? Maybe they wanted to change some stuff after seeing reactions to the reveal.

The hell is wrong with everyone in this thread? Turning a pile of nothing into a complaint thread here. If they never announced a PTB date, it should come as no surprise that the PTB date is not tomorrow. It doesn't matter when previous PTBs were, that doesn't "indicate" anything. This comes across as super-entitled.
Swear to god, I sometimes feel like this is a forum full of 15-year-olds who don't understand how the world works, and pretend that their assumptions are reality.

it does matter when the previous ptb dates were since they were all structered the same so it's only human to think that a ptb will start shorlty after the reveal of the chapter. Also the rumoured date is now the 10th which is unprecedented if true. I could image the disappointment for the wait.
This also has nothing to do with age but with eager and i'm not defending the complainers here but just the enthusiasts like myself.

You're holding them accountable for something they didn't do, and didn't promise. It's not like they announced it and then pushed it back. Like, what could they have done to not upset people, other than to put the PTB up on the imagined date that people assumed based on nothing? Give me a break!

The only issue I have is that the Bloodhunt would then take place 2 days after the PTB begins. PTB numbers die off very quickly as is and I don't see the need to encourage players not to engage in the TEST Build.

They haven’t announced anything. Just because something is leaked in the files doesn’t mean it will happen. Stuff gets leaked and never even gets released all the time. As of right now it’s anybodys guess.

What i meant is that is there any evidence we will definitely get a ptb? We have no idea what kind of licensing deal and or embargo they are operating under.
