I was doing a daily ritual where I had to open a gate and escape with Jeff, but the thing is I never play him so all I had was level 1 distortion. I got hooked by Freddy and he camped the entire time. Then, in an attempt to fix my problem, Nea comes in a unhooks me to speed up the process and I ended up depipping and going back to green ranks :/

    The only true "counter" from being farmed is having DS.

    I dont get your point. Are you complaining that a Teammate tried to get you? Which could have been a chance for your daily?

    In this case it sounds like you were screwed regardless. If the killer is camping you then unless the rest of the team is willing to go through great lengths to save you then it's pretty much over. But yeah, there are plenty of times where I wish I could have kicked my would be "savior" right in their face and stayed on the hook for an appropriate rescue attempt. This is pretty much what the perk decisive strike was made for. Give you a second chance for a team mate trying to kill you.

    Ya I got a prestige 1 Laurie (which is currently my main) and but it just comes to show that without decisive you’re basically screwed

    We need the ability to kick a survivor who tries to unhook us.

    We've been asking for that function for a year now (or longer) but BHVR refuses to put it in the game.
