Is this bannable?
So as said stream sniping is not bannable, but is this guy?
Following the current rules unfortunately he isn't: he's technically just being bad, body blocking for a few seconds and wasting pallets.

Sandbagging is not bannable, just like being bad is not bannable.
The issue comes when someone actively tries to snipe over and over again to ruin someone's experience in multiple games. That counts as targeting and griefing.

Ok this is bannable, but let's suppose that you griefed in another way, and every match you waited just to meet as killer the streamer to chase and mori him, knowing his position. Would this be bannable? I mean, this could just be sniping, so not bannable. You know, unfortunately I found you as killer and now since I hate streamers Imma mori you.
No harrass, no griefing, just casually moring a streamer, coincidentally done multiple times

if I see anyone with ttv in their name, I will bring a green Mori and (try to) tunnel and camp him. Then hopefully I can watch my glorious 1K victory on the vod.

Using specific addons or offerings is not bannable, no matter WHO your facing against. If you wanna use your moris every 5th game, thats your choice. If you wanna mori them everytime you see a Nea, same deal.
Unfortunately stream sniping is very hard to actually prove. Ive had ppl ACCUSE me of stream sniping them because, as killer, I was able to find them and down them quickly and efficiently.

They devs have openly stated that they won't do anything about stream sniping and any reports it will be ignored. Sandbagging can be bannable but it's unlikely

Probly not I had a group that there friend tried to alert the killer to me it didnt work and he ended up dying in the end when at the exit gate i notice the 2 other surviver where trying to block the exit so assumed there a swf group they failed as well and I havent even played with them before checked there leaders stream and they called them selves the toxic gang i think :/
