Instaheals...stack?
The description for the 2 instaheal addons claim that they are stackable, but...if a syringe can already heal someone from full health to dying, whats the value of stacking that with another instaheal? Unless you can heal up a moried teammate or something, the "stacking" of these perks is pointless.

I believe the Stacks are for the charge reduction.

They don't stack practically. If you have both Instaheal add-ons equipped, the rarer one will be always used. It's basically a waste to equip both instaheal add-ons on a Med-Kit.

It's not the Insta Heal that actually stacks, it's the charge reduction that it causes which stacks with other charge addons
