Hillbilly needs to be punished when he messes up his power.
His power has no cooldown, and hes barely stunned if he misses, the only thing that happens is he goes too far.
Demo can't instadown, has a longer stun if he misses, and he can't control it.
Billy has an instadown, can use it across the map, has decent control, and is barely punished if he msses up.
Nurse gets a stun, Demo gets a sstun, LF gets a super long stun, Spirit can mess herself up even more, but nope, Billy can just spam his chainsaw over and over for a free instadown with no punishment.
He should either be stunned for way longer or have some kind of cooldown on his power.
Edit: After discussion, he does in fact get stunned, so i think you should at least change the anmation to look more like hes being stunned at least.

He is punished for using his power and hitting something
The longer the chainsaw run, the longer the stun
Even his add-ons can punish him for hitting walls with an even longer stun

I agree.
Too many times I have skipped his attack and he just instantly start doing it again.
Since his power is literally able to take down an entire team within seconds. I think it would be fair that he gets stun for a longer duration.
Tbh idk if they would has ppl see him has a noob friendly killer but I would definetly be happy if they did.

He's got a pretty lengthy stun. Assuming you're not way out in the open, that should be plenty of time for you to get to a pallet or a window before he can hit you. If you are in the open, you messed up big time. That's the last place you want to be against a hillbilly.

Eumm how so ? Bc I've been there and even running the entire map only stun him for 2s/2.5s.
Beside I think the point is that if he found you he can just keep spamming his power close range until he gets a lucky hit.
Also, whilst holding his chainsaw in the air, he can walk almost has fast has survivors run. Which imo doesn't make sense, he should be slowed down.

not to mention, depending on distance, you can still just run right or left if you're in the open and be fine.

Um..no he really doesnt. His stun is like 2 seconds long. Demo is stunned for longer for something less powerful, and he can't break pallets instaly either

Billy is fine, he can still be looped and avoided with stealth. You can dodge the saw (unless you’re caught in the open and he is revving it at your back).

No, that is not the case. His stun when hitting a wall will always be the same no matter how long the chainsaw run was.

Trapper already has counter play in disarming traps which takes no time at all, Billy should be punished like other killers and in return maybe he can gain a buff to return it.

Demogorgon has 2 abilities, Nurse can go through walls, legion can multi-hit

Hillbilly can only hit 1 player at a time with his saw

But Legion can hit more players and imo, has a higher damage rate than billy (Sorry for the numbers)
Legion (In a way) does 1.5 health states per hit with frenzy, Billy does 2 per chainsaw, Legion gets a refresh everytime he hits a survivor, which can cause you to be able to hit survivors multiple times with Frenzy if done right in one Frenzy, which can cause (Logically) up to what is 1.5 x 4 which is 6 damage states max per frenzy if the survivors don't mend while you are frenzing
Hillbilly only has High mobility and the ability is 2 health states instead of 1.5, but because of hillbilly only being able to hit a survivor per chainsaw, really does less than Legion per ability usage, this is why Legion has a long cooldown and why hillbilly has a short one
Also hitting walls as hillbilly causes the chainsaw to abrupt your PoV, making it harder to track down survivors sometimes

Ok well..maybe the anmation needs to be changed to look more like a stun because it DOES not look like Billy is stunned at all for using his power at the very least. Can we agree to that?

I mean, hitting walls can cause you to not move at all if I remember correctly, and its decently short, the animation is fine, same as hillbilly

His stun is weird, it doesn't look like a stun but the reason why its like that is so he can still track his prey when out in the open, if the prey is behind walls it can hurt him greatly
But the stun animation could look more like a stun animation though

nurse / legion at least get blinded/ look down after their power were Billy can still rotate the camera, my problem I have with him is even dodging the chainsaw he can just release the power and continue chase no problem

Nurse and Legion can with the right skill, they may get a black af screen with their stuns but can still track, he can because his chainsaw sorta can stack onto that

Hell, you are looking at this wrong. Nurse's is fine, but Legion's tracking shouldnt in the first place hinder them that much. Not going to turn it into a Legion thread, but its not fair to compare a bad mechanic on a bad Killer and say that the good Killer should also get that bad mechanic for "consistency".

I would actually like to see less forced stuns as a base mechanic. A few things can take the feeling of power from a killer, but having to deal with consistent stuns/fatigue from just using their "power" is one of the worst.

Legion can still track, but it's a hard tunnel vision. (Legion used to have a shorter stun time but the over nerfing removed that)
Nerf can track with Shadowborn equipped. Or with just really good headphones. (Base Nurse will always have a two second stun if she doesn't hit someone after the second blink or immediately after scoring a hit. Which isn't a lot and her power doesn't have a cooldown, which is why she is considered better then Billy)

Billy is meant to punish survivors who are not near a pallet or window. And even when a Billy player misses (without add ons), there is still a cool down that must be dealt with.
That cool down can give you just enough time to reach a pallet or window.
