Survivor perk idea
How about a survivor perk that allows you to throw down a pallet while in the killer's grasp after 3 seconds of being picked up, something like deceisive strike but has no limited amount of uses and does not require a skillcheck

surely it does not make any sense when the survivor could easily just grab the pallet and throw it down from the killer's grasp

You mean... pallet save yourself? As many times as you like? With no chance of failure? Do you have any idea how broken that would be? No one would even need to worry about being hooked with that perk. Just loop them until they catch up, let them down you under the pallet, save yourself, run to the next loop while they're stunned, rinse and repeat.
Might as well have a perk that lets you kill the killer. I'm sure death would be less painful for them.

once the killer grabs the survivor, the survivor can't throw down any pallet for 3 seconds, also how would that be broken I most times avoid pallets when I carry survivors and still make it to a hook but sometimes I have to risk going through a pallet
