Ten 4Ks in a row
Unfortunately though, I was playing survivor in all ten games.
I'm at the point where I have played so much survivor this month I can admit to being "boosted". Unfortunately I cannot drop back to green ranks because despite not managing to get a single escape all weekend, I am still pipping more than I am depipping. I now have to wait for rank reset to have a chance to "unlock the exit gate as Nea"
Does anybody get to this point at the end just before rank reset?

21 out of my last 50 games played at R1 ended in 4K’s for the Killer (42%).
8 out of 50 were 3K’s (16%)
8 out of 50 were 2K’s (16%)
5 out of 50 were 1K’s (10%)
8 out of 50 were 0K’s (16%)
Quite a frequent occurrence for a game that is so survivor sided (supposedly), and for an achievement in game that should be a rare occurrence.

I haven't had this exact issue, but I've had issues with ranking up too fast and not getting back fast enough. When I was grinding Doctor for M&A, I got a ton of 4ks in the scrub ranks because teams just could not handle the skill checks.
The game clearly thought I was awesome and I moved up like 5 ranks, only to get smacked right the ######### back down once I started encountering teams that were unfazed by my game-prolonging shenanigans. It took a couple days of play to derank about halfway and I'm still not sure I am where I should be, but I'm no longer getting roflstomped quite as badly as I was before.
Really looking forward to rank reset so I can level up my other killers without having panic attacks.

Don't you know they're not "REAL" red rank survivors unless they're a 4man SWF consisting of former military radiomen with a total hour count of over 20 000 hours? Your statistics are clearly invalid 🙂

Balance the game around the 1% of Survivors, but please don’t balance the Killers around the top 1% 😊.

Wow, your detailed spreadsheet puts my half-arsed forum post to shame. My witnessing of 40 deaths were:
- 5 Spirits (in a row)
- 3 Hillbillies
- 1 Cannibal
- 1 Nurse
The Nurse 4K was the most painful because it was a console Nurse. The Spirit games all felt fair and balanced but the Hillbillies killed everyone pretty much instantly in all 3 games (so would not have earned any pips).

🤪. People keep talking how unfair the game is. I decided to keep track of my R1 games to see how they really go.
I think a lot of people spamming the forums just aren’t as good as they think they are.

What equals a solo survivors escape in the killers role?
(Solo survivor escapes = win)
An absolute win for a killer would be to get 4 kills, which will trigger me some pitchfork mob for stating this.
In his sheet the killers performed that condition for about the same percentage as he as a solo survived. Shouldnt that be the case? Each player having the same chance ro reach the goal?
Yeah, this whole concept is biased depending what equals a win in your perception.
But a 50% escape chance isnt exactly fair either. Try tosssing 4 coins for escape/sacrifice.

Fake stats! Just like the stats shown by the devs these statistics have obviously been fake. I don't have any proof that these stats are fake but it must be another bias'd survivor trying to sway people's opinions with fake stats.

This chart cant POSSIBLY be right, since according to everyone whos posted on these forums... Only 3 killers ever get used at rank 1.

Did the math, the killer gets an average of 2.58 sacrifices. That's not terrible to be honest. :)

Play without ruin and non meta killers, and you stay in the green/ purple ranks quite easily.

you stats proof only a small percentage of the killers get fewer than 2 kills per round ... 5+8 =13 of 50 killers. that's 26%. And this is rank 1 play which means survivors are very good. Now put this in perspective at a rank 12 -15 or even worse. I imagine the % even lower for killer to NOT have any kills. At least that's what i'm seeing in those ranks.
Killers have it so so so much easier these days and yet some still believe it's a survivor based game ... lol. solos are skrewed. Hate to see all the new players have a bad time when they join the game with the new chapter.

you have potatoes every rank, substantially more in the lower rank than in the higher ranks. the only few times a killer doesnt get at least 2 kills is when he doesnt know what he's doing.. being new in the game and also using a weak killer.

Playing killer I expect get get a really tough game in purple ranks and that is exactly what I get. So naturally as a survivor I am expecting really competent team-mates but that is not what I am getting. (I can't complain too much though because I am no better then my team mates)
I would just have expected that if I can take the killer on a tour of the map for a minute and a half before getting hooked, I would see a couple of gens pop and followed by a well-timed rescue. What I actually get is nobody on a gen and everyone crouching. This is yellow rank play that I do not see when I play killer.

@Fab - Yeah, I shouldn't be using click-baity titles really! Killer mains probably clicked to give me abuse for bragging about "only" getting ten 4Ks lol.
I would really like them to reign in the pips a little for survivors, especially when it is so difficult to pip as killer. Perhaps a little extra credit for everyone escaping and a little less for nobody escaping might help. I probably pipped half my games so I technically won but it certainly didn't feel like it.

Yes piping as a survivor is too easy, it always as been to easy and will always been to easy.
Depiping is pretty much unpossible unless you commit sudoku on purpose

The good players are busy actually playing 🤷🏻♀️.
The game isn’t perfect, but it’s never been a better time to play Killer IMO.

they nerfed solo survivors into the ground the last year or so. and now they are 'trying' to band aid the problems we have with mediocre perks that should be baseline for surivvors at this point.

It's definitely survivor sided. Except when I play survivor - Then it's definitely killer sided.

Of course! How else could it be explained that I only get primitive AI bots as teammates when I play survivor vs ascended nurses with ebony moris, and 4man SWFs with instaheals and haddonfield offerings every game when I play killer?? 😥
It's not like someone would lie or grossly exaggerate on the internet to support their arguement. That's absolutely unthinkable.

As a killer that's how it goes for me:
4k - guaranteed win (doesn't really matter the pip, you killed every survivor, you are the winner)
3k with a pip - win
3k with a black pip - draw
2k with a black pip - draw
Everything from here is a loss, so a 2,58k per match ratio and 44% escape rate seems pretty balanced for me.

Any 3K is a win for me, pip or no pip. Similarly as a survivor, I will still claim the win if I escape, no matter how badly I did for the rest of the trial.
I find it amazing when streamers hook nearly everyone the maximum amount of times but someone finds the hatch and they call that a loss!

I can't remember the last time more than 1 survivor escaped. Really have not paid attention to it. Will have to start doing so.

That's because at red ranks you need the 4k to pip.

As a rank 1 killer and survivor solo queue is absolute hell. As a killer(Hag and Spirit main) I 3K-4K 70% of the time unless it's against a strong SWF and even then I usually hold my own. Then playing survivor you get horrible teammates - all these killer mains keep saying rank 1 is hard, etc but it honestly only is if you're going up against a competent SWF which doesn't happen as often as they would like to think or you're using an unviable killer.
