    If you get really bad map generation with a whole bunch of pallets like Blood Lodge usually has, it becomes a really unfun looping simulator unless you are playing someone like Spirit, Nurse, or Huntress. Combined with the fact that nearly every pallet on BL can't be mindgamed makes it the final nail in the coffin. If you are playing an M1 killer and get bad pallet generation, unless the survivors are complete potatoes, you are in for one hell of a match.

    autohaven maps have terrible pallet spawns on gas heaven it's possible to pretty much have zero in the middle

    One of the reasons I hate Autohaven. And the big car dumps on the edges of the map mean you have one big dead end to run through with no juking opps.
