So I'm confused
There's something in the dead by daylight community that has always confused me so much and that is the meme of Nea being the entity.
Like where did it start from and who made the meme. The first time I came across it was from a Youtuber called Samination from his dead by daylight parodies. Is that where it started or did someone else start it?

Well it first started as Nea being a killer then samination changed it to the Entity is was because Nea is ugly and scared people

People joked that Nea was a killer because they think she is ugly.
Samination then took the joke further made her the entity in his parodies.

I thought it was because in the early days Nea's bloodweb would get killer perks because of a bug.

Nea’s design sticks out compared to other Survivors, in the sense that she is...Well, ugly. Compared to the original 4 cast, with her being the 5th Survivor given to us, it was clear as to why people came up with the ‘Nea is a Killer’ joke, but the animator, Samination, took the joke to a whole new level by outright stating she was the Entity in his animations. Thus, that’s how the meme was reborn.

It's a combination of what others have already stated but the initial "Nea is a killer" joke popped up because there was a glitch that allowed a killer perk to spawn in her bloodweb and because she's not the best of lookers.
