Anyone else unable to Unlock Ornate Mask?

I put this in Bug reports but it has not been addressed yet so I'm thinking I'm not the only one who has this problem. I can't claim Trapper's Ornate mask in the shop and it does not appear in my cosmetics, I can't get it. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this a bug they're hopefully fixing in the next patch or was a limited time offer?

I heard it was a limited time object. I have it on PS4 but on my newer PC account it's in the store but has no option to purchase/unlock/equip.
