Bought the Demogorgon, hated it, wanted an auric cell refund. I've never had a refund before but I know people who have been refunded. I was informed that BHVR no longer refunds players for any purchase. Previously I was told that you can be refunded within "7-14 days of purchase". Not anymore.

Here are the two responses I got. This one was 4 months ago when Legion was nerf'd.

Buy at your own risk! You will not be refunded! This has apparently been in effect since May 2019, yet I know people who have been refunded after that date! Be careful with your purchases!
