Every time (as survivor) I clear up a portal, I get white falling dandruff looking icons all over my screen for the rest of the game - is this a subtle annoying thing that is supposed to persist?
To clarify, its not alot - still can see quite well, and its only on the edges of my screen. kinda annoying though

It's not supposed to happen. I destroyed 1and nothing happened, but on the 2nd it activated.

It's not supposed to, but I wish it was a constant effect when facing the Demogorgon; as if you had been brought into the Upside Down to face him!

If it was dandruff then imagine breathing it in.... Gross. The Demogorgon is in a corner somewhere furiously scratching himself releasing all that dandruff.

That honestly looks really cool. I was pretty sad to see survivors have no interaction with the upside down whatsoever other then clearing portals. I kinda wouldnt mind if that stayed. Makes it feel more like ST
I like the effect, but oh my god is it annoying to have your screen having [BAD WORD] all over your screen as a survivor. Got infected by plague? Gotta make it hard to see properly, hit by legion or with BT? Gotta make it so you can't see at all.

I was at first apparently when I sealed that portal until I sealed another. The particles just stayed though, and became distracting.
Yeah I was hoping Demo's power would be to take survivors to the upside down, like Freddy's old setup and everything would have been affected. All survivors would appear invisible, but you can hear them at certain portal rifts that will be their exit (others are false and meant to be like pigs macabre search), and if you don't escape in time you die from the Thesslehydra's influence consuming you, unlike when Will was taken over by it. But seeing as Demo's released now, im just hoping for an add on that allows the Demogorgon to make portal rifts on things like trees and walls like it did from the first season.
Yup that would have been awesome my girlfriend suggested the same thing. Only time will tell suppose but i learned not to get my hopes up sadly
