Survivor perk changes
In my opinion the perks that need the most changing are adrenaline, self care, decisive strike and burrowed time for obvious reasons.
Adrenaline: This perk would still give you the burst of speed but you would only heal if you are in the dying state.
Self care: Every time you take a hit to protect a survivor, rescue a survivor or heal a survivor you gain a token with no limit. Every token would allow you to heal yourself once and you lose a token every time you do it
Decisive strike: This perk can be activated once anytime while being carried by a killer and if you hit the skill check the killer would be slowed for a couple of seconds and the killers camera movement would also be slowed. This could be used to get some extra wiggle time or for another survivor to perform a flashlight save.
Burrowed Time: Instead of the survivors having a cool down to use the perk the killers could only be affected by it every 60 seconds.

Adrenaline: might be meta now but wasn't before and might not be later. Leave it be.
Selfcare: Exploitable, heal to 99 and have someone top off to save tokens. SC isn't as important in the current meta.

Sorry but these suggestions are no good and would effectively make the perks useless. Not gonna happen. Every single one of these perks has already been nerfed. They are fine.

Self care: already sucks and doesn't need an additional nerf
DS: Is fine and this is probably the worst suggested nerf I've heard.... ever on this forum
BT: Is fine

Every perk mentioned has been nerfed and while I like seeing folks suggest changes & tweaks these changes are hardcore nerfs that I don't think many will welcome.
