Enough is Enough, May We Please Get the Matchmaking Fixed?
Before I start I'd like to say I consider myself a hardcore DBD fan. I have over 400 hours in this game. I've spent countless dollars on cosmetics. I've defended it on the Steam forums. Hell I even bought a copy for a friend so I would have someone to play survivor with.
Long story short I'm not one to rage at the devs. That said this matchmaking bug is destroying any and all fun I have as a killer. As someone who plays with a Xbox gamepad on PC using medium graphic settings I'm without a doubt a casual player. I've never reached rank 1 and have no intention of getting there.
So why do I keep getting premade teams of red/purple rank Survivors running OoO? Just take a look at my last two matches:
They were not fun. For the one on the right I went AFK after I could only take so much humiliation.
Now imagine how the free to play killers are feeling after facing such groups? I doubt they'd want to buy the game after such torture sessions.
Please fix this bug! It kills all fun in this game.

The current wombo combo of the Stranger Things chapter and the Free Weekend would have been a great way in attracting new players... until this happened. Nobody has fun getting obliterated! 😫

just got out of a match as a rank 14 killer against a team of rank 2 swf. they were all rank 2...... what made it worse is they verbally abused me, i was being nice to them. i only have 50 hours

I had the same issue just now.
I haven't played DBD for a few weeks. First game tonight as killer and I end up with three rank 2's and a rank 14.
I'm pretty good and have played for quite a while. But if a new player has to come up against lobbies like that, they'll lose interest in the game very quickly.
Glad to hear that they're fixing it but considering the game is now 3 years old, you'd think that these sorts of issues would have been all figured out by now.

Same happens to me and one of my friends on ps4. We're both killer rank 16 and just tonight he was up against 8,8,6,&5 and I had to face 2,2,3,&4. Needless to say we didn't win.
