Load times much worse on PS4?

Does it feel that way for anyone else? Every single match, once it ends and as I'm transitioning to the results screen it goes to a loading screen for about 20-25 seconds. Then once I'm at the results screen I need to exit that and it takes an additional 10 seconds to get back to the queue screen.

Also 50% of the time my game starts connecting me to a lobby it sends me back to the queue screen.
