New Killer Idea- The Child

I had a fun idea for a new killer in DBD that I thought was very unique at the time, and would like to hear what you guys think about it. This unlicensed killer would be called The Child, and she would be constantly giggling and babbling, which would replace her terror radius sound. This giggling and babbling could be heard from around 20 meters away. The Childs ability would be called Leaping Lunacy, and it would operate something like this.

By holding R3, the killer would stand completely still and began charging up her attack. After 3 seconds of charge time, the player would release R3 and cause the killer to leap up into the air, vaulting over obstacles and pallets. If the child landed on a survivor in mid-air, she would put them in the dying state, but in exchange for this, she would be difficult to control in the air and also would take time to charge up her jump. This leap could be used to traverse the map at rapid speeds, and would allow her to be a incredibly potent killer in the right hands. Now, I know what you are thinking. How would this killer work in indoor maps? Well, when the Child leaps in the air when she is indoors, upon hitting the ceiling, she flips around and begins crawling on the ceiling. When crawling on the ceiling, her terror radius would increase as she would start babbling and shrieking with delight, like a toddler. She would move at 130% movement speed on the ceiling, but it would take her a few seconds to drop back down upon a survivor and her terror radius would be larger in exchange. When a survivor escapes the killers grasp, drops a pallet on her head, or she misses a leap, the Child will shriek with anger, which could be heard across the map to make her even creepier.

Her character model could be that of a very young child, such as a 7 or 9 year old, and I feel like with the right training, she could be one of the best killers in the game. Her add-ons could decrease the amount of time it takes for her to charge her jump attack, and maybe increase her jump distance. I would love to hear your thoughts on this killer below, and any suggestions would be appreciated.
