Freddy Snares Not Working?
Meaning, i've noted Survivors are asleep, yell out with their hands up when running over a snare, but they still can pull a pallet down in the middle of the animation.
Am I missing something here?

Yep you are, the snares just slow the survivor down, that means the movementspeed will get reduced, they still can vault or do any other action.

Had me nervous for asec... I thought the snares were bugged. The snares give a similar effect as Clown's gas is all.

You know what, I played more with him, and you're right. The trick is to place them while in chase when they're looping. I guess im just stupid. I was preplanning every vault and pallet with only one. lol You need them to hit 3 to be really effective.
Plus, placing them next to generators allows you to know where to go next.

Also they don't cancel animations but placing a snare just before a vault point will force them into a medium vault, much like the clown, allowing lots of free hits. I honestly prefer these to pallets, as all they do it allow a false sense of security for the survivors and only if they're asleep and lacking half their braincells

Why would they be useless? If they could stop survivors from putting down pallets you just have to put them down right at pallets and the survivor couldn't do anything. That would be crazy. Slowing survivors down though is pretty good if you ask me.
