After April update in emblem's system killer get fine when camping hook.How play Cannibal if him gameplay its camp?Cannibal has gameplay when need camp...but we get fine for it...U thought about this situation.

The devs dont want camping to be rewardable which is clear with the changes in the past.
Camping with the cannibal is a choice it's not how he was designed to be played much like any killer. It's the players who adapted basement face for example not the devs.
Camping is a boring strat imo but is has its place at certain situations so if you wish to camp with them so be it but as you stated its detrimental to your emblems.
The choice is always yours to make.

@twistedmonkey if u remember cannibal can use saw and damage for example 2 surviviors for 1 time.Cannibal can do this if he only camp.u know?and if cannibal not camp he often useless killer because he cant use saw fully or will run with hammer

What you described is how you perceive the best way to play as him but that way is not the devs vision hence doing it isnt and won't be rewarded.

Hes saying you need to camp to get use out of the multi hits feature. Its the only thing LF has over billy.
Good survivors won't be in a position for a multi hit unless you force it by camping around a hook.
You can do well with LF but its better to just practice billy if you're not going to camp/go for multi hits because billy is better in every other situation.

I'm very interested in hearing a reliable dev intended way to get multi insta downs thst doesn't rely on camping/being near a basement.
That is the dev intended way it has to be there is no other way to pull that off unless survivors mess up in a ridiculous way like standing still grouped up until lf is there

How do you get 2 people out of position in real time at rank 1 for a multi hit as lf? I honestly don't think this situation can happen reliably at all.

Leatherface has more play then camping. Problem is for Leatherface to be good you have to play outside the normal gameplay people will consider good perks for him.
Also camping is punished by losing emblem. Its frowned upon by the community and the devs. Yet it is a legit tactic.

Just because it can be done doesn't mean it is intended to always happen. If the players adapt a strat that is down to them not the devs for not wanting said strat to not be rewardable.
There doesn't have to be a reliable way it's just something that is possible. Multi downing people isnt meant to be guaranteed in every game. First and foremost his power is an Insta down but along with that it has a secondary effect of it being able to down many at once.
That should be a rarity if the survivors are smart.

Actual map pressure due to chainsaw sprint > movement control.
You don't even need control at the distance most chainsaws happen.

Bubba's movement control is (considered) useless by some folks because his base range of 15 meters combined with a base top speed of 126.5% is a complete joke and doesn't allow him to catch people around loops. However if people actually took their time and practiced chainsaw-routing they'd realize he's actually got more chainsaw possibilities than Hillbilly given the right addons (not instasaw).
Obviously Hillbilly is -by far- the stronger killer due to his complete basekit that contains insane map pressure AND a legit instadown but still Bubba DOES have the more potent instadown all variables considered (skill, addons, map design etc.) in my opinion.
That's coming from a curving Hillbilly by the way.

I'm not saying that LF is bad/he can't be used. I don't disagree with anything you're saying.
I think all killers can be used well at rank 1 and get 4ks reliably unless you get a god team.
I'm saying 2 things Billy is the better chainsaw killer overall (you even agreed with me on this) and its almost impossible to get multi insta downs in 1 saw use outside of camping or crazy luck due to survivor positioning requirements.
