Survivor perk: Light drop
When the survivor is within 6m/7m/8m of the killer and uninjured they can creat a burst of light stunning and blinding the killer for 3s/4s/5s. It then goes into a cooldown of 60s/50s/40s and also cause the deep wound status for 10s/20s/30s and become oblivious until healed or downed.
Mechanics: Small reskin and rework of firecrackers. Also, could be easily negated by loosing LoS with a structure or turning around.
Lore: Survivor need to mend themselves bc they broke a piece of their soul to creat the light drop.

Are you sure you didn't mean Deep Wound instead of Mangled? Also, I feel it should make them oblivious as well, as it would take a great deal of mental strength to tear a shard of your own soul out. Should require a channel before it works, maybe three seconds.

It would make sense, though. It takes time to focus that hard, so it would force them to stop and charge it. That way you can't just pop it in the middle of a chase, but you could possibly use it to save someone from being caught or hooked. I assume it'll stun the killer, causing them to drop a survivor if they're carrying them.
