New killer chapter concept: Slender man From the abyss
From the abyss.( note this is a refined reposting of the chapter because it was previously deleted).
Killer- Slender man/ or demon.
Height:Tall
Speed: 50-150%
Terror radius: 0-300meters of whispering
Power:Mysterious appearances
You start the match undetectable.
You emit no Global terror radius or red stain, and are immune to detection perks for the match.
You start the match invisible ( in the abyss) with 150% movement speed.
Press the power button to enter the real world at a reduced 110% movement speed.
You may not enter or leave the abyss while in front or insight of a survivor.
If seen by a survivor you will slow to 65% movement speed and receive a white notification( like ghost face) to where the survivor has seen you.
If a survivor sees you they gain insanity.
If you are closer than 20m to a survivor they gain insanity.
You may not hit survivors only grab.
Insanity tier: effects on survivors
Survivors are effected based on how close slender man is to them.
0- No whisper radius, Survivor is stunned for 3 seconds if they see slender for the first time.
1- Seen slender for at least 5 seconds( 10m whisper radius is heard, 10% reduced movement speed.
2-Seen slender for at least 20 seconds( 32 meter whisper is heard, Slowed by 25%/ Repair, sabo, healing, gate opening speeds are reduced by 15%, can not use pallets)
3-Seen slender for 60 seconds( 100 meter whisper radius, actions slowed by 30%, movement speed reduced by 50%, can not use windows and pallets)
4-immobilized( seen slender for 120 seconds)
Survivors automatically regain sanity while inside a locker or within the presence of teammates.
When slender grabs a survivor he takes them into the abyss with him.
If they wiggle off or are hooked they return to the real world.
Slender may travel through pallets/ windows in the abyss.
SECONDARY ability- The 8 pages
-8 pages appear in the map.
Everytime a survivor takes a page they reduce their insanity to tier 1; however, slender man moves 5% faster when seen per page that has been taken( max of 110%) if all pages are taken then all survivors become Oblivious for 120 seconds.
PERKS:
Death wick:
After seeing a survivor for 5/4/3 seconds, the survivor will become marked.
When marked the survivor will hear a faint terror radius and will be revealed to you for 30/45/60 seconds up to 2/3/4 survivors. After the survivor is marked they may not be marked again for 120/60/30 seconds.
Whispering willows:
After hooking a survivor the next time that survivor is healed all survivors within 20/30/40 meters of the healed survivor is revealed to you for 10/20/30 seconds.
Unnatural presence:
After being stunned by a pallet, flashlight, wiggling survivor, or DS gain 1 token.
1 token grants 5/7.5/10% increased movement speed increase up a max of 1/2/3 tokens.
After downing a survivor you lose 1 token.
Also after gaining a token you may not gain another one for at least 30 seconds.
Red-
Missing person poster: You have an obsession, your obsession is permanently in tier 3 can not go to tier 4.
Ripped bark: Slender can walk through pallets and break them at the same time.
Purple-
Missing children poster: All survivors gain insanity slowly while on a generator.
Mysterious picture: Taking a page reduces insanity by 10% instead of 100%.
Missing dog poster: Any survivor that takes a page is slowed by 10% and revealed to you for 10 seconds.
Green-
Shoe: (mysterious shoe that has Anna scribbled on the bottom), All survivors gain insanity 20% faster

I actually really like this idea. Normally I dislike fan-made ideas because the killer abilities are not well thought out, but this seems like a good idea. The only thing that might need to be changed is that the insanity rank when looking at him should be lowered, as otherwise survivors have no way to counter him. Any chase that lasts more than 30 seconds would end the survivor. Other than that, I think it is a great idea.

Aggression sounds way too strong for other killers as a teachable transferred over especially with play with your food too, killers would slug everyone and then hook to not use up the tokens.
Perk names don't sound very interesting or descriptive to me. Slender is a very mystical presence, something really staticy and overwhelmingly disruptive.
With the eight pages and all that I think their should be a sense of hunting for clues before you are hunted yourself.
I don't like how you use the word Abyss because it sounds like it would just confuse people thinking that it is similar to demogorgans of the abyss power.
I like the idea of a stealth killer that wants to be seen to grow in strength.
A solid suggestion but for it to be really good I think it has to get across the identity, character/environment and feel of SlenderMan.
I think instead of the amount of time Slender has been seen by the Survivor resulting in what stage of madness they get. I think it should be dependent on how close Slender was when you looked at him (closer - more devastating) you would have 3 insanity gauges (bars) as Survivor determining which stage of madness you have. The gauges would reduce over time.
I think the madness or insanity should do something different which no other killer does. I don't know what exactly but maybe even reduce your field of view drastically and make skill checks invisible until you perform a snap out of it action or get in a locker to calm down.

Personally I like the name Whispering Willows as a perk name replacement for take me to them as it's almost as if the trees are informing you of the Survivors actions. Like the environment is SlenderMans spy or something.
I like the idea of Observant Stalker but I think it should only focus on one Survivor in particular. Also not a fan of it's name. I would prefer something which sounds like your every move is being watched and you're time is coming to be sacrificed ...Death Wick (as in a candles wick), Flickering Hope, Treacherous Beacon.
Oh I had an idea. What if when you mark 1 Survivor you reveal any other survivors within 12/16/18 m of them for 8 seconds after they leave that radius too. Any Survivor revealed by this perk would have the oblivious status so they cannot hear a heartbeat or see a red stain.
