The outfit for nancy in the store is that an outfit she actually wore in the tv series? Because I really can't remember her wearing it.

Here’s a GIF of said image also.
She also has worn a purple dress, and a white dress with blue patterns on it. She has her hair in a perm during this season since it is the 80’s, and she also wears some makeup. Primarily lipstick, blush, and some eyeliner. There’s a scene at the start of the season that shows all of this pretty well. It’s meant to show pride in her appearance, but due to the stress of that night she hasn’t had time to fix how she’s looking.
