¿Es legal usar Wtfast con los servidores dedicados?

Tengo esta duda ya que ahora que implementaron los servidores dedicados se podría usar este programa para mejorar aún más nuestra conexión. Vivo en un país donde no hay servidores dedicados y con estos tengo más de 100 ms siempre. Mi pregunta es, al ser wtfast un programa externo podría llegar a ser baneable o es legal? Gracias de antemano.
