Red ranks are so boring as survivor.
Over and over the same two killers: Spirit and Nurse. I understand that most of the killer struggles against good survivors, but please at least try to play Demo, I didn't face him from almost a week.

I actually find a nice variety of killers in red ranks.

Red rank killers are there for a reason. They are relentless and want to win at all costs.
Is it fun? No, but neither is getting tea bagged at an exit gate when they try to play a killer they are not familiar with, or is hard countered by loops and pallets.

Survivors have meta chase perks, killers adapted using the best in the roster to end chases faster.

It used to be Billy and Nurse.
At least Spirit is still somewhat fresh. But god it gets old quick.

I'm on the border between red rank and purple on console and I mainly see demo I rarely see nurse or spirit

I am actually rarely going against spirit and nurse in rank 1. This usually never happens, not sure why everyone is playing different killers

This problem won't change until more killers become red rank viable. Nurse and Spirit are the only ones who can stand a chance against the most optimal of survivors. Freddy and Billy are close seconds, but Killers like Legion or Bubba or Demo just don't have the power too stop red rank gen rush.

I wish I had some of these optimal survivors that everyone is talking about in my team. I usually get teammates that play like rank 20s.
I'd say freddy and billy are also very viable in red ranks, maybe even hag too.
Demo isn't that weak compared to bubba or legion.

All you see in red ranks really is Spirit, Nurse, freddy, Billy, and the occasional huntress mains. You're lucky to see anything else.

Well, to be fair... and this is a general question. What Killers do you think are well equipped and able to take on a full team of Red Rank survivors? I am pretty sure that list is the exact ones that are being said you see all the time.

You can't get them since those optimal survivors play only as 4 man SWF so no good teammates for you if you play solo. If you want to see why people play mainly meta killer play purely Wraith, Legion or some other weak killer for a season or two as rank 1.
It's not like you can't win against them but it's definitely not fun to play against them when they play optimaly.

Believe me, I know how painful it is go against a good 4 man swf group. I am rank 5 at killer and recently tried playing trapper and it did not go well at all.
It is very very annoying that I rarely get good teammates when I play solo though. Sometimes I genuinely wonder how my teammates get past like rank 10-15

Problem is that most players arent good enough to play anything else besides OP Killers or killers with OP builds.

It's a pity that people remember the bad experiences far more then the good ones. Even if poeple win with mid tier killers like 2-3 games and then you get stomped by good SWF they'll probably forget about the wins and only rage about that 1 loss. That's imo the biggest reason why players are too afraid to play anything besids meta killers. They don't want to experience getting stomped/bullied so they refuse to play anything else hence why we have so many nurses/spirits (not that I mind since I love facing these 2 killers as survivor).
Same with survivor. Whenever I get early suicider or dcer it's really overwriting any good experiences I had in previous games. Can't do much about it though.

Why? So poor Demo can be teabagged at every loop and called a baby killer in post game because he just can't apply pressure as well as Nurse and Spirit?

Or, instead of being insulting, you could look into it and see most of the Killers are not considered to be very good.

Thats just wrong. If you know how to play e. g. Trapper you can be good enough for redranks. People are just using the easy way to play killers who are not balanced, cause they lack skill and Knowledge.

Oh yeah...it’s hella boring. All I see are Spirit, Ghostface, and Legion. The three most boring killers in the game to face.
I do wish I saw more variety. When I see a different killer I really wanna savor the moment because I know next round I’m gonna see a Ghostface. His power is just so damn cheesy and uninteresting to face. I snooze.

I don't care about win, I just want to play against with different killers other then spirit and nurse. I had literally now an 8 matches in the row with the spirit. Dude I want so much to play against Demo, I rarely see him now.

No. There are decent players who Do not Main any of the OP ones and pull of decent games in redranks. So it is without any doubt the lack of skill and knowledge on player side. Players tend to be lazy and use the way with least resistance meaning using OP stuff.

They are in SWF usually, rarely will you find solo's who are really cordinated.
Freddy and Billy are strong, but they still have too eat pallets for breakfast, and I personally find Hag overrated. Her power is just too easy too counter.
No, demo is pretty nice tbh, but he doesn't compare too people like Nurse, Spirit, Billy, or Freddy. He is pretty much an M1 killer with a strong lunge, but the lunge is a straight line only, so if you miss you'll hurt yourself more then help.

You forgot Freddy. I think he’s taken my number 3 spot for most irritating to play against. At least with red ranks you (typically) know two of their perks before the game loads (Ruin and BBQ). I am starting to think PGTW is another given, especially with Freddy.

It's actually funny to me. Most killer mains say they don't care about ranks, or they don't matter. Yet they spam the only two busted killers in the game to abuse the system to stay rank 1.. Why is that? lol

and most survivors I see at high ranks bully lower tier killers. Sooo, the people that can play those Killers likely get tired of that and play the best. IDK, I can't play Nurse as her teleporting makes me wanna puke.
