Why only one survivor will have skin for new Halloween event?
If someone doesn't know yet, here are skins for new halloween event. I'm wondering why only Jake from survivors will get new skin? In my opinion it's ugly skin...

I have to agree, I love the killer skins but I personally play survivor more than killer and would prefer more options for the survivors that maybe don't have as many clothing options.

I find it an okay skin but yeah, I would have expected at least two survivor cosmetics for hollowed blight. Now Meg is the only OG survivor without a cosmetic hinting towards affiliation with Vigo. I mean, I could totally see her with a belt with test tubes, acting like a runner to collect the vile, which makes sense as she is athletic.

Did they confirm it to be jake? Because it could be a whole new survivor. Maybe even Vigo

I am a bit disappointed too. I only unlocked 5/6 parts for Survivors last time, so I suppose now I don't have to worry about having to play too much. Which is great since I haven't been playing recently but... I would have preferred something to work towards. The killers look awesome, but that makes it sting all the more that there's only something for Jake instead of not Jake and Meg. If they didn't want to do yet another outfit for Meg, there are plenty of other survivors who need more content, like Adam, Jeff, or Jane.
And let's be real, they know full well that almost no one plays Jake. For him to be the ONLY Survivor getting an outfit is a bit bizarre. Despite how overused she is, if there was only going to be a single survivor getting outfit, Meg would have been a lot better choice.

I do wish we got a Meg cosmetic as well tbh xD. Claudette & Dwight got em last time, why not pair Meg too? Would love a Gasmask/Respirator headgear for her

I hope they have at least one more survivor in store to get cos, they did this last year too with Trapper, Billy, Wraith, Huntress, and Doc getting cos and only Claudette and Dwight getting something. Also, the cos for Claudette and Dwight weren't even that great. It doesn't seem fair at all.

At this point the leaks are already out. Only one survivor is getting an outfit and it's likely too late to make another one as cosmetics take tons of time to create and render.

I'm happy they did anything at all. I play killer and survivor equally so maybe that's why I'm not bummed out. Either way, enjoy the event, there's always more events and outfits to come for survivors :)

So. It's most likely going to be earned/free cosmetics... I won't complain... But this is kind of why I suggested this:
I was just thinking it would be awesome if we could earn points to buy the last years skins, as well as the new skins that I assume will be coming out. (Seeing as last years are buyable anyways).

That way for those that missed out on last years and/ or may not like this years, have options for their "presumably" free points.
I just want to say. We aren't "entitled" to free skins and stuff. And I am sure the dev's spent a lot of time creating and making these skins, like it or hate it, I am glad they are offering these to us. Also, they most likely will get to all the characters for Halloween in the years to come, if your favorite character didn't get it this year, don't worry! :)

Yeah, I wouldn't mind honestly that Hallowed Blight is so killer-heavy if there were some similar events that were more survivor-focused in the cosmetics, but there just aren't, as far as I recall. I get that they can go a bit wilder and have more fun with their imaginations on killer skins, but it does suck a bit for survivor mains.

I think it could possibly be for lore reasons. Perhaps Jake is administering the serum( or whatever it was called) and if only one survivor getting a skin is a result of some decent cutscenes/lore content, Sign. Me. Up.

Because they have to make room for the popular and good killers like clown and plague of course.
