They said it will one day though mentioning Summer. At the very least we deserve a dev update/new estimate for 60fps.

They put out one good optimization patch the one time and since then the game regressed... I hope something good happens this mid chapter

Its disappointing the big stuff is out of the way but we have yet to actually see the results.

They just keep saying and saying, not actually showing any results or progress progress. 60fps by summer 2019 and summer is over, yet they say "we are still working on it" they might as well say until spring of 2025

I have an xbox one x which runs gears 5 at SOLID 60 fps with resolution between 1440p and 2160p. Compared to gears 5 dead by daylight is like well... There s no point comparing them. Just saying... 60 fps in dbd should be super easy to achieve, because graphics, textures and effects are just so bad lol

I play on both and I can tell you there isn't a big difference in the two, alot more bullshit hits on console but that's about it , on console you chance getting chainsawed by Billy even after you vaulted an upstairs window and your feet already hit the ground outside and him still upstairs but on PC I've never had that problem and most of the time on PC if I make it through the window I don't get hit running away from it afterwards

Pretty sure 60 fps will stay a dream forever. DbD is by far the most unoptimized game, regarding consoles at least. I still can't believe there even exists a Switch version. I would guess they don't really know how to improve the games performance at all. They did false promises imo.

I remember how DbD was on console back in June of 2017. The game would actually give you head aches.

Oh God, don't even get me started. It wasn't all bad though. Those of us who didn't have a PC finally got to play DbD, which was pretty fun.
