To all the survivors from killer main
I play killer. Id like to say I enjoy it I do play spirit with that being said its also a very TOUGH killer to learn. I had my first taste of killer as hillbilly and leatherface. The chainsaw was fun but it just didn't suit my playstyle so i branched out to other killers. Part of the reason why I enjoy spirit is the mindgame and the absolute crucial level of detail you have to pay attention to when using phasewalk.
Now with that being said I realize that spirit is considered one of the most OP killers out there alongside nurse but seriously guys? DCing cause you dont wanna face them? Or how bout when you bully somebody that's still struggling to learn how to be a killer? the trash talking? You guys talk about nerfing ruin and other perks that the killer has but when survivors are running in voice comms, using Decisive Strike, Borrowed Time, Adrenaline, etc. You really only bring the kind of pain on yourselves when your bullying NON nurse or spirit killers. Facecamping and tunneling are definitely looked down on but when you open a gate and decide to bully a killer instead of actually leaving you wonder why they do what they do?
I mean seriously if you dont wanna deal with OP killers then maybe you guys should play something else. I play spirit because i enjoy her and because its DIFFICULT. I have to WORK for my kills and its not easy. Some people can master it and just get 4k every match. I am not one of them but seriously If you don't want to deal with spirit or nurse look at yourselves before judging what a killer is doing. I have been in good matches bad matches, close matches and matches were people jsut DC or give up because they cant deal with a good or mid level killer. SERIOUSLY guys learn to practice with what you got and stop complaining about whats OP.
I guess at the end of the day going up against either of these killers isn't fun for people. But when you start looking at yourselves and ask gee I wonder why there are more spirits and nurses? You only need to look at the behavior of survivors in matches and what they do when they win. If you wanna trash killers regardless of rank you get what you deserve. I will continue playing spirit because to me I am having fun its challenging and HARD. I didn't just decide to roll spirit because it was the most OP killer I rolled spirit because I love the ability I love the difficulty and the challenge but most importantly I love thinking and mindgaming survivors.

Here here. I support this alot. I get people trying to bully me and all when I play. I don't like any of the top Killers that everyone always raves needs nerfs. They just want them nerfed cause they are used to bullying Killers like Clown, Legion, Trapper... hell half the roster is messed up by there power in some way or another. The Top 4 are used at high ranks because they are the main ones able too. The rest? They would get Tbagged and looped and destroyed. What they need to do is buff all the lesser Killers.
On top of that, I've seen so many people say they DC instantly when they see a Nurse or Spirit, then complain there is no counter play. Well, if you'd play against them, I'm sure at some point you'd understand how not to die. Devs, please don't listen to all the people that only whine (on both sides) and give us a better Roster so that high ranks aren't just The Top Killers and people that don't like those can have a shot to do something worth a darn.

If you only want to play Spirit I could say the same to you. Maybe you should play a different game.

Survivors DC against all killers. If you are good at whichever killer you choose, survivors are going to DC.

Man I work and grind for my BPs as a solo survivor and this game can be super toxic at times. Why tell toxic people when they will never change? It happens in most online multiplayer games.

spirit is literally all ears lmao.How much you want to believe the truth is on you.And killers DC alot aswell.One gen pops and boom dc dont think killers are as holy as you think.I do play survivor alot more then killer but when i play killer i play freddy/hillbilly/huntress killers that arent bs like spirit.Try playing survivor against a spirit and see how much fun will you feel bud

Spirit's skill cap is having headphones. She isn't hard to learn at all and once you get good with her you pretty much become unbeatable
How can you blame people for trying to have fun in a game? Tell the devs to remove the annoying prayer beads addon and all the other stuff if you want less dc's.

Nah. Instead we're going to repeatedly tell the devs to ban people more often and for less. It's much more effective long term for the devs to keep control of their game as opposed to rewarding poor sportsmanship unless they acquiesce to their demands.

its a game,people try to have fun.Spirit is fun for one side and not for the other.If you ban all people that dc from her all ur gonna get is a bunch of extremely long lobby times and ALOT less people playing the game.They need to do some changes to her so its fun for both sides.It aint fun having 15 sec chases as survivor and to just do the holding m1 simulator only,Also you need to equip PERKS to even have a chance against her power.You shouldnt need to bring iron will/spine chill each game just incase its a spirit

Honestly any killer is difficult, have you tried playing them for extended periods of time into the red and purple ranks? It sucks ass being there with even Spirit and Nurse since you're not getting more than one kill if you're a semi casual like me

If you get good with nurse or spirit you pretty much get a 4k/3k every match. Just watch some videos of them if you want to get better. They aren't hard to learn like people keep saying

Legit question but, what would you consider a good match as a killer? Killing at least one survivor? Two? Three? All four? Because for a survivor, I'll tell you at least this: when the staple vs. Spirit, specially when you are not a Rank 1 Survivor, is the match ending with everyone dead, or if not, at least one DC'ing, leaving everyone f**, it's not fun. It's not a good match. It's borderline torture.
This is an Asymetrical Game because it's a 4v1, not because it's supposed to be one sided. It's not because one side should have fun and actually play the game and the other shouldn't.
And I'm sorry, but the game is not only made of high ranks. I'm sorry if you are a Rank 1 Killer and is experiencing some bad matches with toxic survivors that teabag you to oblivion when you play anything else besides Spirit, but the majority of players are not Rank 1 and are simply looking to have some fun. The prospect of entering a match and having all four people dead and making close to no points because of a overtuned killer is terrible.

My girlfriend escapes against spirit and everyother killer, and if she had the time she could (and has) maintained red ranks. Does she always live or even not become the first sacrificed no, however She literally never quits or complains, she got better. @Mochan @arslaN @luka2211 so I have a hard time sympathizing with your complaints

While I agree with most of what you said, Spirit is not difficult to use. She's the easiest top tier character to use. She's relatively easy to do good with.

Actually some people don't have the ears for playing Spirit or do not have the foresight required to guess survivors locations. Not everyone has the same skills or plays to the same strengths, so to make fun of the OP for saying he has fun with the challenges Spirit brings is just showing yourself to be a jerk.

As someone who stands in the middle of this killer vs surv bullshit agree. Im every month red ranks both surv and killer and enjoy both very much. As killer i last got three DC while i was playing clown. Entitled survivors dc if they can't bully the killer. As survivor i can see why you would disconnect, especially as solo. Because playing against a nurse or spirit as a solo surv with a bunch of idiots it gets really annoying to face those killers. Spirit in my opinion is more luck then skill, of course spirit requires more skill then say legion or hag but not as much as most say. Both sides have op ######### and weak #########. So stop this ######### killer Vs survivor BS for crying out loud

With any of the Killers outside of the top 4, it's near-impossible to win against Rank 1 survivors.
I constantly see survivors bullying the killer with flashlights and teabagging, then wonder why they only seem to run into Nurse and Spirit.

I wouldn't say Spirit is easy to play. Certainly not as hard as Nurse, but still. If you think she is easy, that's fine. But I believe there are many people that agree that Spirit definitely takes skill to play optimally.
I do hope Spirit will get some more skill based counterplay in the future, which might also make her more challenging to play effectively. Still, there's no reason to make fun of people who think Spirit is hard to master.
