Do you guys think Nurse is the Blackbeard of DBD
If you are familiar with Rainbow Six Siege, you would know the legend of Blackbeard AKA Nerfbeard. Pretty much Blackbeard was known to be the best and most broken operator in the game but he got nerfed and went from the best operator to the worst. Do you guys think nurse will have the same fate as Blackbeard?

Nah, this nerf butchered her pretty badly, but people will eventually adapt and overcome.

I feel like this is going to kill Nurse's ability to move around the map. It's a big nerf, people just haven't seen it yet. Spirit still has her map mobility so she is set to become the best killer in the game.
Spirit can be mindgamed, however. Nurse couldn't, in a way.

If she doesn't receive any further nerfs in future patches, than in my opinion no, not even close. Her power is still as strong as it has ever been, she just has small downtimes between using her blinks that allow survivors a bit of counterplay, which is good.

you forgot part of the story. Sure he was nerfed pretty hard, but he still lives. He’s still good, just not as many people play him. That is what will happen with nurse, still viable but not picked as often.

Yeah, but at least you play more aggressively without worrying about getting headshoted when peaking.
A better analogy would be thatnurse will be like ash after her acog was taken, it should have been a major balancing thing but people still pick her regardless.

I do think the basekit changes to Nurse are not right and extremely unhealthy for the game but I don't think she's quite the worst now. She's high B/ low A on PTB. Definitely not the SWF challenger she once was though and that is what's bad. Less answers to toxic SWF -> more balance problems down the road.
