I keep getting this message when I try to reply a comment

I don't know what happen, but what have I done wrong?

I cover names for possible hate, and I am discussing a serious issue in the game

    Sometimes after an edit post go into the spam filter, you’ll have to wait for a mod to fix it.

    As GrootDude said, it also typically takes only a few minutes. I've only had it happen 3 times and every time it was "approved" within 5 minutes.
