Has anyone tried the combination of fixated and sprint burst?

  Barely, 20% is almost nothing added onto walking speed. You still want to run places, and Sprint Burst still stops you from doing that.

  Fixated is not a substitute for running.

  It is for juking, not for getting around the map. If walking around pissed you off when conserving sprint burst, Fixated is not going to help that.
