Man, the entity really likes to tease me, as it knows I want a certain perk and yet I've to all the bloodwebs. This is really annoying. Currently it's BBQ for Ghostface. I'm close to finish all perks on him, but BBQ just wont pop on the web. This isn't Killer exclusive. Either way it sucks.

Which perks are eluding for you?

    Iron Will on my Steve P3 lvl 50 and BBQ on my Wraith..

    Till 8 bloodwebs to go on GF, for all perks unlocked and at lvl3, I finally got BBQ on him. Damn!

    Pretty much any exhaustion perk refuses to pop up in my bloodwebs until after I reach lv50. I’m usually pretty lucky with self care so I guess I can’t complain.

    I had it at the third tier once, but a bug made me lose my progress and since then, nothing popped up.

    P.S. I run a healer build.

    Not even lying here... But Hex:Ruin on freaking HAG.

    I am currently on level 47 (give or take) with my hag and JUST got Ruin rank 2.

    I've already gotten it but it took me atleast 100 bloodwebs before it gave me balanced landing tier 1

    Sloppy Butcher on Legion, it took me 47 levels before I found level 1, then I prestiged him so I lost it anyways.
