Do you think size matters?
I was wondering if other people feel like theyre spotted sooner when playing male survivors. I use males as an example because theyre all physically larger and taller than the female survivors and logically easier to see.
My main boy is Dwight but i play almost every male characters pretty reguarly (p3 david and p2 on jake n ace.) But ive found when i play Claudette or Feng it seems easier to stealth and escape. Im usually caught first less, if at all, and winning chases is easier. I also find myself getting stuck on corners and clipped by weapons more as male characters
Since ive gotten Adam I've had a lot of trouble even going two minutes in a match without getting caught because hes just MASSIVE. I run urban on him and he's still the same size as claudette standing.
Tl;dr: do you as a survivor find yourself escaping/staying hidden better as female survivors. And as killer do you spot male characters faster/easier than female ones?

Size matters a lot for killers. The plague often has half of her body exposed while looping, the hag and pig are different in the sense that they're smaller. In difference, survivors really only have a difficulty with their own POV.

Yeah i have noticed doing dailys as hag that she is TINY and i can barely see survivors over objects. But i guess it does help for stealthing.

I instantly took this wrong

Yes and no cause either way I'm getting caught if killers keep looking for me. As killer i feel too slow as trapper and as a small killer I feel short. I get lost in the cornfield as hag when I first play her.

In this game even skins are important. For instance, P3 spirit head is a great disadvantage since she has very high long hair, which hinders you very much in loops, the first purple set released head is much more preferable.

I think we all may have took this the wrong way lmao

Size matters some for survivors, but the real kicker is sound. Some survivors are loud as hell, while others barely make a sound. My man Ace is extra quiet.

We all did and wondered into this thread to see what was up.

True, I just got Jeff and he breathes so loud when running and he pretty much stomps when he walks.

Demogorgan is a Godzilla when compaired to Jeff.

Ooh yeah i see that too! I almost always run iron on david because hes literally incapable of shutting his mouth. Ace has this weird pregnancy breathing thing but i think he's the quietest survivor.

I main Jeff as survivor, so stealth often goes horribly wrong
But I also play a lot of "Normal" sized killers, so ultimately I have no idea lol.

Question. Does the hitbox size of a survivor depend how consistently hits will be made on you?

Well he was on the run from the mob, so I should hope so! XD

I play male survivors like 95% of the time and if the killer sees me next to female survivors, guess who gets chased. Me. lol

Who else clicked on this in curiosity of the context?
Anybody?

Taller killers are easier to spot and male survivors are easier to spot on maps like autohaven. Myers for example is stealthy as can be, but his freakish height makes it difficult to sneak up on observant survivors.

There’s no such thing as too big.
