Is survivors being able to jump through hatch while you're closing it intentional or is it an issue with dedicated servers?

    I'd like to say it's a first come first serve. From what I hear pre-dedicateds killers always won only because they're the host so they had that little ping bonus.

    I've had survivors still escape when I started closing the hatch before the dedicated servers arrived, I also had much crappier internet back then so I will have to re-test that soon.

    It seems to favor the person who hits the button faster and has worse internet. Due to the latency it's possible to knock the survivor out mid jump or jump through when a killer shuts it first.
