Adept Trophy/Achievment Problem

Playing on PS4, I escaped the match with Bill using only his three perks, but no Trophy. I brought a health kit and escaped with a new flashlight, if that had anything to do with it? Or is it required that I actually have to use Unbeakable during the match? Just wondering what happened and if anyone else has had this problem?

    Conditions are that you survive using only his three perks. Unbreakable, Left Behind and Borrowed Time. Bring along any offering, item or w/e, but you can only have those three perks. People often suggest to escape through the exit gate and not the hatch, even though it both always works for me.

    Yeah I guess it's just a bug, it should have popped but didn't. Guess i'll just try again and hope it works. Never had this problem with other character adepts.
