Second wind and decisive are the ultimate anti tunnel perks

If a survivor with second wind jumps into a locker and gets grabbed second wind will still be active so if they hit the decisive strike they stun the killer and get an almost guaranteed insta-heal what do you think?

    How does second wind activate? You need to be hooked for it to activate.

    You need to heal the equivalent of 1 health state to other survivors

    I'm not talking about that. I'm wondering what the OP is talking about.

    Probably means Inner Strength.

    @ad19970 Also, two perk slots which EVERY survivor can equip, that makes it in my opinion extremely powerful. You cannot compare the perk slots with the killer's perk slots as the killer should have 4 POWERFUL perks and survivors 4 DECENT perks, which in combination with other survivors (it's multiplayer after all) should be then powerful, but not on it's own, as it is the case right now!

    Yeah he's probably referring to the Inner Strength/DS combo. The complete set also uses Quick and Quiet and Head On.

    This hurts me to read.

    Are you sure this works/have you tested this?

    IIRC as soon as somebody gets grabbed from the locker, the survivor health icon switches to "downed" status. (And the downed status would cancel Second Wind.)

    Basically this, so it would be more beneficial to use Inner Strength because it's a lot more faster than Second Wind! :D

    OP states anti tunnel and DS which implies being unhooked. Since the killer pulls you from a locker you won't be in the dying state to deactivate SW. DS the killer run away and SW will heal you to full.

    Only problem is timing. If SW activates while on the killers shoulder then it won't heal you (or crash the game 🤔).

    I don't think it would work this way, see my post above.

    @NoShinyPony

    Testing would need to be done. Locker grabs are bit of an odd ball. The icon changing to the down state is a recent thing. Before the survivor would show the injured state. This ofc was a bug but how bhvr fixed the bug would determine if this strat is valid.

    Guys it was literally stated in the patch notes that being grabbed from a locker deactivates second wind. Go look it up.

    Also second wind is TRASH. Inner strength is better in every way.
