    I think the bloodfest with the new cosmetics is in august....which is when school starts for me. i cri.

    I've heard rumors that some regions haven't gotten the new DLC yet and since one of the event cosmetics is for Kate, they are waiting for the DLC to launch in those regions. Can't be 100% though. The Devs are horrible at relaying information like that to the community.
