As main HillBilly, I find it IMPOSSIBLE to play with Hillbilly for the following reason:
- DEDICATED servers make the HillBilly Power LOAD with Delay, which makes it impossible to play it, in Europe, with 50-90 ping is not normal. More than 1 week ...
Moderators I have put this thread here "General Discussions" to see what the players think Billy in Europe and suffer from this reason, but also, to inform the devs to fix this problem.

dedicated servers are nerf to all killers especially who needs to be very precise about timing nurse billy spirit demog huntress etc

The hitbox is a secondary thing ... the most important thing is power, a Billy to M1? XD ... it is impossible to control the billy saw, the LOAD of the saw has a large delay ..
