Tunneling a strategy? (standard killers/ no chainsaw)
first i wanna say i play killers and survivors, but i prefer playing killer because you can decidehow fast or slow the game will be won or lose. mostly i play the genprotection build with freddy very focused on the objektive.
it´s very funny that survivors who lost the game, starts to call you a noob or criticise that you are tunneling... well tunneling is a stategy which can be countered easy with decisive strike. if you see a tunneling killer you can do gens and put mre pressure on the game. as killer you have 2 good options to play: you tunnel someone out and put pressure on the survivors or you just fake tunneling bby slugging the enemy and put pressure on the game.
both strategys are good, in my opinion, chasing the injured survivor is no fun for the survivors but they have enough possibilities to play against that. a good survivor (toxic survivor) can stop and chease you the hole game. so you have to make a decision do you put pressure on the holse survivor team or do you wanna tunnel out one or 2 survivors. if the survivor team will be clever they do gens and strike back while you force the chase, if they dont do that... well you may win this game.
what do you think about tunneling? is it noob style? or a valid strategy to go? ehat other killer strategys can you play?

Of course it's a valid strategy. It's one commonly employed by new players who are terrified of letting anyone go for fear they won't be able to find them again, but it's by no means exclusive to low ranks.
But in the same way that the survivors can't blame you for employing the most efficient method of achieving your objective, regardless of whether they have fun or not, you can't really blame them for being upset that you employed a strategy which you know is neither enjoyable nor lucrative for them.
In short, tunnelling is fine, but don't expect anyone to thank you for it.

I had a game where i was getting hardcore tunnelling, didn't matter about borrowed time or my DS or the number of times he kept getting pallet stunned while carrying me. He just kept on tunnelling ne the entire match like a ######### loser

Tunneling in my personal experience is more detrimental to you than anything. You aren't applying much pressure elsewhere which means gens are more likely to pop.

Its valid, if i notice a killer tunneling someone i just start gen rushing.
I try not to tunnel all the time as a killer. But if your friend decides to un hook someone a foot away from me I see no reason not to down the un hooked survivor. Or if i hook someone and i see the other 3 survivors all near dont blame me for 'camping' while i go around injuring everyone.

yes quol member, that si also my point of view.
the problem is the toxicness of the survivors, who forces you to camp, or tunnel them out. they need a lesson to play more fair and respekt the killer.

Gen rushing - Survivors completing their main objective as quickly as possible.
Tunneling - Killers completing their main objective as quickly as possible.
While tunnelings effectiveness will vary depending on the team you face it is a valid strategy. Many people will tell you its "scummy" and while I'll agree it isn't fun for the person getting tunneled, neither is having 5 gens done in 4-5m.
Play win/lose, have fun.
